For the sponge cake:

- 8 eggs
- 220 g of flour
- 30 g of cocoa
- 300 g of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar

For the buttercream:

- 500 ml of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 16 g of vanilla sugar
- 3 heaped tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablesoons of potato starch
- 250 g of butter

For the chocolate icing:

- 75 g of bitter chcolate
- 75 g of milk chocolate
- 100 g of butter

- about 15 Oreo cookies

First make the spong cake. Put the ingredients out of the fridge in advance so that they reach room temperature. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Mix the yolks with the vinegar and set aside. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until they become stiff. At the end add the sugar- one tablespoon at a time. Slowly add the yolks and mix. Add one tablespoon of flour and cocoa at a time and mix carefully with a spatula. Pour the sponge cake mixture into a round cake tin (of about 27 cm). Bake in 190-200 Celsius degrees for about 15-20 min until you dig in a wooden stick and it comes out clean. Once it's done set aside until it cools down. In the meantime make the buttercream.
Pour 250 ml of milk into a bowl. Add the egg yolks and the two kinds of flour and mix. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and bring to boil together with both sugars. Set aside. Pour the yolk mixture into the milk mixture in the saucepan and boil again mixing all the time until it becomes really thick. Cover the pudding with cling film and set aside until it cools down. Mix the butter and add the cooled pudding- a tablespoon at a time. The buttercream should be smooth and fluffy. Add crushed Oreo cookies and mix.
Cut the sponge cake into two halves and spread the butter cream inside.
At the end melt the chocolate and add the butter. Mix thoroughly and pour onto the surface of the cake. Spread on top and decorate with halves of Oreo cookies.
Enjoy :)
