Cinnamon plums with crumble



If you feel like having something sweet but you are definitley not into making a cake try this one! Cinnamon plums with crumble feel like a homemade cake but in fact are superquick and easy to prepare- IN TWO STEPS ONLY!



Ingredients (for 6 servings):

- 12 plums
- 150 g of unsalted butter
- 100g of plain flour
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- ground cinnamon
- vanilla sugar
- powdered sugar

 Instructions:

 STEP 1: Set the oven to 200 Celsius degrees. Halve and pit the plums. Place them into 6 small ceramic dishes (or in one big) and sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.


 STEP 2: Chop the butter and place in a medium bowl. Add the flour and sugar. Knead and separete with you hands to make the crumble. Sprinkle generously all over the plums. Put the ceramic dishes in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes. After baking let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Ready!
